Overview:

The ControlTower Executive is a crucial role within the organizationresponsible for overseeing the endtoend logistics and supply chainoperations. This position plays a key role in ensuring efficientcoordination and communication across the supply chain networkoptimizing processes and resolving any operational issues thatarise.

KeyResponsibilities:

In the FirstMile:

Support the First Mile team by providing visibility and insights bysetting up process adherence checks and publishing metrics to firstmile team.

firstmile pick sheet generation based on capacity available andinventory position.

Co ordinate and follow up on returns to sellers / vendors ensuringitems are received in the right quantity and quality.

And coordinate for all exceptions with biz ops and FC Ops and resolvethem on regularbasis.

This teamwill also track manpower and vehicle fleet performance in FirstMile In the FulfillmentCenter:

Work withBiz Ops for ensuring ASN compliance and ASNadherence Buildchecks in inward process ensure all inwards are done within SLA andaccurately.

Trackput away process and ensure timely in stock of goods. Supervisecycle counting and inventory correction activity. Track and publishproductivity report for inward put away picking dispatchexecutives. Conductcomplete RCA on fill rate issues and publishreports Trackexpired and slow moving stock with the help of groundoperations.

Followup with business team to ensure timely liquidation and returnvendor Trackmanpower and vehicle fleet performance in First Mile
In the LastMile: Ensureprocess adherence and follow up with ground team to provide anunparalleled delivery experience tocustomers.

firstlevel escalation in case of any process failures. Ensure theperformance is metand provide supportand guidance in case of any lag. on performance for differentlocations DCs. Coordinate with KAM / VAM / CD / FC / FM and resolve customerescalations.
Responsible for Last mile planning and routes planning acrossDistribution Centres using route planningsoftware. follow upon returns re attempts return pickups goods replacement and damagesexceptions Ensureon time manpower reporting and vehicle reporting.

Work withcapacity team to ensure adhoc requests are met to safeguardcustomer interest.vehicle capacity planning raising requests for ad hoc capacity whenneeded across first mile last mile and linehaul.

Work with onboarded vendors to resolve all driver related issues faced on theground Overviewtimely reporting and SLA adherence by all vehicles.

Ensure completereconciliation of logisticsMIS. daily reporton vehicle reporting time vehicle capacity and timeutilization.


Requirements:Anideal candidate for this role is someone who has Graduate from awell known university ( Under graduate with decent work experiencecan also apply)Ability to perform multiple tasks adjust quickly in short timeframe with limited directsupervision Abilityto create rapport with others and build a teamenvironment Strongwritten and verbal communication organizational motivational andtime managementskills ExcellentFacilitationskills.
