_MT - AP, Payments_

_ What will your day to day role involve? _
**_Responsibilities_
_ _:
- **_Process invoices with PO & Non PO_
_ _
-
_Reconcile the processed work by the team verifying entries and comparing system reports _
-
_Production planning on a daily basis and allocating the inflow volume to _
-
_Good knowledge of excel reports like Pivot table, formulas, formatting and cleansing the data_

_Resolving queries like wrong posting, reversal, and corrections_

_ _
-
_Support team members in processing corrections by clarifying their doubts and confusions_

_ _
-
_Ensure SOP's are reviewed frequently and the latest updates are incorporated post-client signof_

_ _

_Review and process invoices along with providing the resolutions for the invoices and releasing the invoices for Payment_

_ _

_Review incoming supplier/internal customer requests for specialty payments_

_ _
-
_Create and pay specialty payment processes_

_ _
-
_Process and research items related to manual check processes_

_ _

_Research and complete compliance reports for areas that are considered a control as defined by the client_

_Work on Vendor Master, Vendor Master Helpdesk & Payments run_

- **_Responsible for Payment accuracy_
_ __& Compliance audit_**

_Will utilize multiple systems and process documentation to complete task_

_Must be able to communicate with clarity and confidence decisions regarding payments or non-payments of invoices or special requests: customers (internal/external) suppliers and department_

_Respond to customer requests from legal, internal/external audit or business units, assisting with management response and resolution for in scope areas of responsibility_

_Work on Multiple ERP, Systems and Manual Intensive nature of Work_

_ _

_Able to Handle Vendor master query, Payment Run, T&E and Month end reconciliation _

_Work on helpdesk query management, Exception handling like block invoices and other aged items _

_Maintain 100% accuracy of invoice processing and monthly reports_

_Report taxes whilst processing region-specific invoices as per the requirement_

_Understanding of Helpdesk operations would be an added advantage_

_Minimum qualifications_

- _University graduate in any discipline_
_ _

_Preferred qualifications/skills_

_ _

_ __Bachelor/Master of Commerce or Business Administration_**
_ _

_ __Relevant work experience in AP preferably in the Oil and Gas industry_**
_ _

_ __Preferable to have practical knowledge of SAP/Coupa_**
_ _

_ __Preferable to have practical knowledge of Reporting and Service Now_**
_ _
-
_ __Understanding of Source to Pay process is a plus_**
_ _

_ __Excellent time management and planning skills_**
_ _

_ __Attention to detail, good analytical and problem-solving capabilities_**
