JD - Customer Relationship & Experience (Non-Voice and Voice)
As a Non-Voice CRM Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through written communication channels

Your key duties include:

-Identifying and assessing customers' needs to build sustainable relationships.

-Providing accurate, valid, and complete information through written methods.

-Meeting personal and team targets for sales and query resolution.

-Handling customer complaints and providing timely solutions for order fulfillment, exchanges, and refunds.

-Keeping meticulous records of customer interactions, processing accounts, and filing documents.

-Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

-Generating sales leads through written communication channels like

-Going the extra mile to engage customers and ensure a positive experience.

Skills:

-Strong written communication skills.

-Ability to handle queries and provide solutions effectively.
