Description
Looking for a leader with great interpersonal skills to provide robust support to project manager(s) throughout the lifecycle of the project in:

  • Documentation, tracking, highlighting, escalating and managing activities from kick-off through go-live
  • Assisting in managing accurate resource & revenue projections
  • Being a QA to validate milestone and success criteria achievements
  • Organize project artefacts in a central repository (SharePoint/Teams)
o Help tweak/develop templates and standard artefacts

o Manage the repository in good health including but not limited to managing access and security

  • Validate accuracy and consistency between project artefacts & make sure the scope vs delivery is tracked and deviations are flagged in a timely manner
o Project Plan - Updates and reporting on baseline vs actual

o Assist project governance update/Action & keep them current

  • Project Org, Resources, RACI
  • Communication plans, Meetings, Minutes, Actions tracking
  • Issue, Risk, Lessons Learnt Register
  • Periodic Status reporting and tracking actions to closure
  • Assist Project Resource & financials management
o Track resources, projections, and assist PM in invoicing and related

matters

  • Develop standards, processes and frameworks that support effective Project Management practices across various teams within the portfolio.
  • Preparation of Project Planning in MS Project.
  • Assisting Resource Manager in fulfilling Project resource demands.
  • Identifying, developing and implementing improvements to PMO processes (RAID, Planning and Change Control) so that these remain fitforpurpose.
  • Design and maintain Project Metrics to monitor and report performance and initiate improvements plans.
  • Preparing Project Scheduling Report.
  • Perform other activities as directed by the MS Client Success Executive
  • Manage projects with the PM Tool.
  • Identifying, defining, developing and implementing improvements to project/financial reporting and monitoring processes and procedures.
  • Periodic reviews with Account team on ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Providing effective visibility and insight of material project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies to MS Client Success Executive
  • Periodic reviews with global competency leads and Managers.
  • Publishing Dashboards and periodic reports
  • Publishing Project Readiness report in a timely manner.
