Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales strategies and activities.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and market developments to identify emerging opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field. MBA or equivalent degree preferred.
Minimum 710 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior sales management role in real estate.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive sales environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to use data to drive decisionmaking.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Salary:
Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
