Description

This person is responsible for ensuring all the IT activities of the organization to run smoothly and in case of any bottleneck, he/she should close the same immediately.

He/she should also Oversee all the activities undertaken and assigned to the Jr. System Admin.

Accountable for coordinating with all branches and departments to ensure that all software updates are properly implemented by all.

Accountable for identifying drawbacks in current software, discussion with management on how to solve this issue and based on the management instruction coordinate with IT vendors to bring this changes on time.

Accountable for completing the verification and certification of all IT related equipment's before handover.

Accountable for ensuring that all branches are equipped with all IT equipment's as per the company norm to eliminate branch processing delay due to system related issue.

Responsible for monitoring of CCTV and other related works of the branches

Accountable for closing all the service tickets within the assigned TAT to improve the work efficiency.

Accountable for completing on time replacement of un-repairable equipment's as per the company norm.

Daily submit all reports to the reporting manager through MIS, ensure that all the fields are completely filled and updated as per the instruction.

Monitor and review the reports sent by the team and give a comment on the basis of the result.

**Qualification & Criteria:
- **We are requiring a person with at least one year of experience in system administration and PC hardware and networking. Applicants who has undergone any one or more of the following courses will be given consideration.

MCITP - Microsoft Certified IT Professional (Certification not mandatory)

CCNA - Cisco Certified Networking Associate

MCSA - Microsoft Certified System Administrator

RHCSA - Redhat Certified System Administrator

A+ - Computer Hardware servicing

Engineering graduates with working knowledge on programming languages are given priority.

Salary:
₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
