Description
Responsibilities- Handling Inbound Calls mainly user complaints transferred from all sites.
- Verifying the complaints from different departments and addressing / resolving it.
- Complaints which need escalation, to be escalated to the concerned team / manager.
- Making Reports and submitting it to the reporting manager on daily basis.
- Data Entry into the system
- Conversant in any South language (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada)
Salary:
₹12, ₹25,000.00 per month

- Flexible shift
- Morning shift
