Position:
IT Recruiter

Experience: 0.6 Months - 1.5 Years

Location:
Vadodara

Job Description:


Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.


Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job specifications, and cultural fit.


Compliance:
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.


Relationship Building:
Foster relationships with universities, organizations, and networks to build a talent pipeline.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Proven work experience as a recruiter, preferably in domestic recruitment.

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
