Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Chat Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and resolving customer issues via live chat.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer issues via live chat
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet or exceed established performance metrics
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills
- Familiarity with live chat software and customer service platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous customer service or chat support experience preferred
Salary:
₹11, ₹28,140.88 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
