2 to 6 years of experience in RPA Development, preferably using Blue Prism tool

Have sound understanding of Development, SIT, UAT and Deployment phases covering the entire Application Development Life Cycle
Assessing functional and technical feasibility of new processes that need to be automated
Analyzing, understanding, and documenting the business processes in detail in (PDD). Converting requirements to automationspecific design and solutions documents (SDD)
Experience in working with Agile development environment (Scrum)
Developing new RPA solutions and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. Designing automation solutions in accordance with standard RPA design principles. Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the preUAT phases
Having experience in creating custom actions/reusable codes in Blue Prism using C# and VB.Net
Supporting the Operations Teams during the UAT and rollout phases supporting existing processes and implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
Experience in coordinating with process owners and business to understand the asis process and design the automation process flow using Blue Prism problem solving issues that arise in day to day running of RPA processes and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
Extensive development experience with Browser Automation, Windows Automation, Surface Automation, Mainframe, SAP, MAPIEx, MS Excel VBO, Web Services.
Development experience in VB / C#.NET & knowledge of HTML, SQL, VBO.
Good Programming knowledge.
Blue Prism developer or professional, Solution designer certification is added advantage
