Telecalling:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our travel packages and services.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly and persuasive manner to understand their travel needs and preferences.

Sales Pitch:

  • Deliver compelling and tailored sales pitches to encourage customers to choose our travel packages.
  • Provide detailed information about destinations, itineraries, and services to potential clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide timely and accurate information.

Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional services and upgrades.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
  • Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and market dynamics.

Documentation and Follow-up:

  • Assist customers with the booking process and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  • Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge or interest in travel destinations and tourism.
  • Goaloriented and able to work in a targetdriven environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
