Job Overview
The role involves creating, maintaining and updating 'self-invoice' check templates.
Key Responsibilities
- Track changes in uplifts and prices and update selfinvoice' check templates
- Check Caterer invoices, identify deviations (quantity & prices) and raise with caterer for correction
- Maintain records of approved 'Charges for Catering Services', Catering orders, MPC, DCS/MCR for Domestic and International
- Assist in preparation of 'Monthly Reports'
- Assist in monitoring 'Payment Request Forms'
- Prepare reports on consumption and related costs through SAP
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned from time to time
Skills & Attributes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Proficient MIS reporting
- Requires good communication and time management skill
Work Experience
- 13 years of minimum work experience
Qualification
- Graduate from a recognized university
