Cappella Sports is a leading sports equipment and apparel company focused on serving the badminton community. We are committed to providing high-quality products to players of all levels and supporting their passion for the sport.

As a Partnership and Outreach Executive, you will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining partnerships with badminton players, coaches, clubs, and associations.

You will also be responsible for organizing events and implementing below-the-line (BTL) activities to enhance brand awareness for our company's portfolio.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to establish partnerships with badminton players, coaches, clubs, and associations to promote Cappella Sports' products and services.
  • Identify and approach potential partners and negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the badminton community, including players, coaches, club managers, and association representatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns targeting the badminton community.
  • Organize events, tournaments, workshops, and other activities to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of partnership initiatives and events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to maximize business growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of partnership programs and recommend improvements.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to partnership and outreach activities.
  • Represent Cappella Sports at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and expand business opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding partnership progress and outcomes.

Qualifications and skillsand**:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years' experience in partnership development, business development, or sales, preferably in the sports industry.
  • Strong understanding of the badminton industry, its key players, and relevant market dynamics
  • Excellent networking and relationshipbuilding skills to engage with players, coaches, clubs, and associations effectively.

- creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally for meetings, events, and industry gatherings.
  • Note: Language fluency in Hindi or Malayalam will be preferred.

Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
