  • Own and maintain a suite of guides.
  • Work with multiple scrum teams in an Agile environment and adhere to sprint milestones.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, product managers, and other team members.
  • Produce clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation using topic-based writing principles.
  • Work on several projects simultaneously and manage time accordingly.

    • Requirements:

  • Native English speaker.
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-7 years of experience as a technical writer in an enterprise software development environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience preparing topic-based documentation.
  • Ability to learn complex technology and tools.
  • Experience creating clear and structured guides for different audiences, including developers.
  • Experience with Madcap Flare, Git
  • Experience creating videosfor technical documentation. Experience with Mimic or Camtasia is an
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) is an
  • Experience managing documentation systems or content delivery platforms is an
  • Knowledge of Information Architecture and content strategies processes to streamline documentation delivery is an
