    DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee).

    The impact you will have in this role :
    The Development family is responsible for creating, designing, deploying, and supporting applications, programs, and software solutions.

    May include research, new development, prototyping, modification, reuse, re-engineering, maintenance, or any other activities related to software products used internally or externally on product platforms supported by the firm.

    The software development process requires in-depth subject matter expertise in existing and emerging development methodologies, tools, and programming languages. Software Developers work closely with business partners and / or external clients in defining requirements and implementing solutions.

    What You'll DoJoin team of awesome developers to raise component reusability awareness & train developers from project teams across enterprise.

    Develop foundational UI/UX capabilities, sample applications & coded templates in compliance with functional and non-functional requirementsApply different software development methodologies dependent on project needsCreate dev ready page templates based on finalized designsCreate, update, document & enhance reusable componentsPartner with UI/UX designers on team to deliver high quality dev assetsWork with subject matter experts reviewing technical designs and specificationsProvide adoption & integration support for applications as neededSupport adoption of reusable components & page templates to multiple projects teams across the enterpriseProvide ongoing guidance & governance to project teams adopting reusable dev assetsMonitor industry trends in UI/UX landscape and bring in innovation through various POCsWork with peers to mature ways of working, continuous integration, and continuous deliveryAlign risk and control processes into day-to-day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; calls out appropriatelyFollow design and code standards, contributing to continuous improvement discussionsCreate and maintain system documentationContribute to the development & maintenance of components or individual programsTalents Needed for Success:Minimum 5 years experience in building large scale web application frontend developmentDetailed understanding of the web Technologies including modern JavaScript, CSS and frameworksExperience in

    ReactJS , Micro UI, Web 3.0, Progressive apps etc.
    CSS 3, HTML/HTML5, Javascript - 5+ years recent experienceExperience on SASS or LESS and writing modular scalable style sheets.

    Experience on developing Angular state management using ngrxExperience with debugging tools on Chrome and IEExperience on UI performance optimizations, memory profiling using chrome dev tools or other toolsExperience on writing unit and functional tests for UI code and automating execution of those.

    Experience on establishing coding standards, automating code quality checks, conducting code reviewsExperience on creating reusable components in Angular, Storybook, monorepo will be plusDesired skills:
    Micro UI, Web 3.0, Progressive apps etc

    Qualification:


    7+ years' experience in application development or system analysisBachelor's degree in technical/computer field or related experience requiredActual salary is determined based on the role, location, individual experience, skills, and other considerations.
