Job description:


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for, organizing and supporting a company's IT infrastructure and perform daytoday IT activities, such as:


  • Hardware:

  • Manage and maintain all Systems and Network hardware such as Laptop/Desktop & Servers, Network Printers, Routers, Switches, Firewalls, VOIP Phone System, Biometric devices.


  • Network Administration:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Firewalls, Routers and Network Switches, VPN, VOIP Phones and PBX and trouble shoot WIFI, Network and Internet connectivity issues.


  • System Administration:

  • Install and Maintain Windows Client OS and Server OS, all related Applications & Productivity tools, install security patches & upgrades, install of Drivers and Firmware updates., trouble shoot using Remote Desktop Tools.


  • Server Administration:

  • Management of Active Directory, User & Groups, DNS, DHCP, IIS and Files & Backups, Sharing and Security permissions, Group and Security Policies., Performance Monitoring


  • Documentation:

  • Create and maintain all required System and Network Documentation, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures

Salary:
₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
