Job Description:


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Partnering with internal customers and business stakeholders to identify, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their processes and objectives.
  • Translating business needs into process flows, user stories, functional specifications, and testing scenarios, and collaborating with internal teams to design, implement, and test solutions.
  • Prioritize and manage open support requests to support stakeholders with the current CRM solution / portals to meet Service Level Agreements
  • Partner with development and QA team to leverage automation for items such as regression testing to improve overall quality when projects are ready for UAT.
  • Providing training and writing tutorials to scale enduser adoption and help improve the efficiency of program operations through selfservice reporting, standardized operating processes, playbooks, and dashboards.
  • Crafting and maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and changes.
  • Recommending improvements for data quality, integrity and governance within the Revenue cloud
  • ModelN system, including process optimizations.

Qualifications:


Required Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business administration, Information technology, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of demonstrable experience as a Techno functional Analyst working on Revenue Cloud ModelN High tech solutions.
  • Extensive experience in gathering business requirements and developing functional specifications with special emphasis on use cases, defining test cases, and providing user training and support.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Functional knowledge on Model N High-Tech Modules
  • Pricing, Disti Quotes, DIrect Quotes, POS, Inventory, Price protection, Credit Memos, Job Scheduling, Rebates, Earnings, Account Management
  • Experience in Salesforce
  • Deep knowledge and experience on Oracle SQL
  • Ability to influence at various levels, drive adoption of best practices, and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Must be a selfmotivated individual, and have ability to manage multiple priorities with aggressive deadlines
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
  • Team player with experience working in Agile and Scrumbased teams, including proficiency using JIRA
