Job Description:

Iwin Life seeks an energetic, dedicated Partnership Coordinator to join our team. As a Partnership Coordinator, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with a variety of experience providers. Our partners range across various categories, including travel agencies, event organizers, adventure sports companies, artists, chefs, and more.

Your role is key in enriching our app's offerings, allowing our users to buy and share a broad spectrum of experiences.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential partners that align with Iwin Life's vision and goals.
Establish, cultivate, and maintain robust relationships with current and prospective partners.
Collaborate with partners to comprehend their offerings and how they can enrich our platform's experience.
Negotiate and secure partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial.
Work with internal teams to incorporate new partner experiences into the Iwin Life app.
Evaluate the performance of each partnership, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all partnership activities.
Attend networking events and industry conferences to represent Iwin Life and attract potential partners.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 12 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Knowledge of the travel, events, or adventure sports industries is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
