Description
As an E-Commerce Executive you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with various teams to improve the online shopping experience, drive sales, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


EBay Account Manage:

Have 1yr of experience in account handling especially for the platform eBay.


E-Commerce Platform Management:

Oversee the operation of the e-commerce website, ensuring product listings are up-to-date, images and descriptions are accurate, and the website is user-friendly.


Online Sales Strategy:

Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales growth, including promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies.


Product listing:

This is the process of adding and presenting products or items for sale on an e-commerce platform, website, or marketplace.

It's a fundamental aspect of running an online retail business and involves creating detailed listings that provide potential customers with essential information about the products available for purchase.


Customer Experience:

Focus on enhancing the overall shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth order processing.


Data Analysis:

Analyze e-commerce performance metrics, including sales data, conversion rates, and customer behavior, to identify opportunities for improvement.


Payment and Security:

Ensure secure payment processing and customer data protection in compliance with relevant regulations.


Reporting:

Generate and provide regular reports on e-commerce performance to stakeholders.


Competitor Analysis:

Stay informed about industry trends and competitive e-commerce strategies.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in ecommerce operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and content management systems.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis software

Salary:

₹8, ₹32,808.07 per month
