JOb Purpose:

The incumbent will oversee project field operations, implement protocols, and manage allocated resources for field-based staff.

In Addition, s/he will also ensure that data is collected in line with project requirements and resolve challenge(s) affecting operations.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Supervise and monitor field implementation of the project.
  • Assist field staff and ensure data collection as per agreed timelines.
  • Develop data tracking sheet(s) and review collected data by identifying and resolving gaps.
  • Manage assigned organization resources and work with the Administration team for logistics & procurement.
  • Prepare assigned and required Daily Field Report(s) and submit them to the line manager.
  • Perform any other task as assigned by the line manager.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA):
Required Qualification

  • Minimum Intermediate
Required Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
