About the Job

The Application Architect is responsible for the creation, maintenance and management of technology solutions that are aligned with business needs, reflects best practices and increase option value for the organization.

Makes high-level design choices focused on manageability, scalability, usability, resiliency, availability, security, and/or safety for the software structure, protocols, and algorithms.

Determines coding, development tools, validation, and standards compliance requirements. Collaborates with management, product owners, and project managers to evaluate the feasibility of requirements and determine priorities for development. Performs pathfinding, surveys technologies, participates in standards committees and presents at external and internal events. Interacts with multiple technologists in the company to influence architectures and optimize/customize software offerings.

Work you'll
do

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including software engineers, business analysts, and project managers, to understand project requirements and create technical designs that align with business goals.
Lead architectural discussions and provide technical guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
Evaluate and select appropriate Azure services to meet specific project requirements, ensuring costeffectiveness and optimal performance.
Develop architecture patterns and best practices to facilitate code reusability and maintainability.
Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Mentor and train team members on architectural best practices and new technologies.

About you
You are a strong technologist with solid business skills.

You are as comfortable working with a technical team as you are with business users, and you know how to build bridges between the two.

With your excellent communications skills, you are adept at mapping business needs to technology solutions and helping non-technical audiences understand the benefits of these solutions.

The key skills required**- Bachelor or Master's Degree in computer science or related field

10+ years of deep experience in software engineering with designing software architecture for largescale systems
Thorough understanding of the complete software development lifecycle with ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Experience in building a system with highsecurity standards and has a very good understanding of common vulnerabilities and attack vectors and how to prevent them.
Solid knowledge of.

Net/.Net Core development.

Broad and deep knowledge of web technologies, REST, Design Patterns (CQRS, Outbox, SAGA, Circuit Breaker, Mediator etc.)
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, Agile practices, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Knowledge of cloud Azure, Docker, Kubernetes.
Provide technical leadership on design, development, and execution of software solutions.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.
Develop and use relevant industry standards and domain information models to satisfy functional and nonfunctional requirements and achieve compliance with mandated standards/guidelines.
Participate in proposing new technical architectures and solutions to improve and enhance existing architectures.
Determine scope and provide level of effort estimates for project tasks and related activities, and match required skill sets to task requirements and allocate team resources appropriately.
Evaluate and test emerging technologies/tools.
Facilitate team and client meetings effectively.
Deliver engaging, informative, wellorganized presentations.
Understand how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Travel as required.
