1. Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of classrooms, restrooms, corridors, and other areas of the school.

Managing and supervising the work of janitorial staff and other maintenance personnel to ensure that they perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
Coordinating with the school administration and teachers to ensure that the school premises are safe and secure for students and staff.
Conducting routine inspections to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues in the school premises.
Maintaining an inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other materials required for the upkeep of the school premises.
Responding to emergency situations, such as accidents or incidents, and taking appropriate action to address them.
Ensuring that all safety procedures are being followed, such as fire drills, evacuation plans, and other emergency procedures.
Maintaining records of maintenance and cleaning activities and preparing reports as required.
A school floor incharge must have strong organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. They must also possess knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures, as well as basic knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is typically required to qualify for this position. Prior experience in a similar role may be preferred by some employers.

Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
