Scope of Responsibility

1. Responsible for Purchase order raising in SAP and Ariba. Ensure compliance on POs and issue PO on time. Samples and Production coordination with CMs.
2. Ensure communication to all stakeholders and provide kep updates.
3. Master data management.

1. Issue POs to CMs : Monthly
2. Issue POs for export clearance to DHL. Weekly
3. Raise shopping carts of EMOs and other purchases (like BG, BSC) - Weekly
4. Coordinate with CMs on production compliance - Daily
5. Review daily production and despatch report - CM - Daily
6. Issue production plans to CMs (contract manufacturers) : monthly (as backup)
7. Participate in CT Meeting (PCP) - Weekly
8. Samples coordination for new products with plants.
9. Pack coordination for "Amazing" image updation.
10. Lane testing for new requirements - As and when.
11. Raise SKU code in MDGM.
12. Key projects from time to time.
13. Transactional work.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder.
• 5 years of work experience.
• Good computer proficiency. Good knowledge of google tools, MS excel.
• Basic knowledge of SAP, Ariba (optional and preferred)
• Good communication skills (verbal, written and email communication).
• Above average scores on qualitative and quantitative tests.
