Job Characteristics:

Ability to execute the most complex or specialized projects; adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions; has experience in scaling Agile for large projects.

Project facilitator who guides cross functional teams in executing the principles of Agile frameworks. Acts as a servant leader to the team.


Facilitates the framework ceremonies (ex:
Planning, Stand-up, Grooming, Demo & Retrospective). Owner of the process. Responsible for adaptation of the process to ensure quality of team/solutions. Ensures the tracking and reporting of daily activities by the team. Responsible for tracking and reporting project/program budget. Responsible for removing impediments that prevent a team from completing the work it has negotiated for a given iteration. Instructs and/or coaches other professionals. Responsible for more than one team and/or scaled Agile team.

Education/Work Experience:

Typically requires a degree and 7+ years experience; or no degree and 11+ years combined education and equivalent work experience (typically 1 year experience = 1 year education).

Typically has at least 5+ years of Agile experience; has an advanced ScrumMaster (A-CSM) or similar Certification and/or experience using advanced Agile methods.


Independence Level/Reports to:
Recognized master in professional discipline typically obtained through advanced education and work experience


Responsibilities typically include:
establishing operational plans for job area.

Developing and implementing new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of functional results.

Requires communication with leadership. Normally Reports to Manager or Sr. Leader.
