Role Purpose

This job offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product analysis at a dynamic and fast-paced company. As a Product Analyst, you'll support the product management team by delving ep into product insights, analysing the market, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to the development of the payment products.

Responsibilities we entrust you with

• Assist in collecting and analysing data on product performance, user behaviour, and market demand.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, analyse competitors, and understand customer preferences.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather feedback from customers and stakeholders.
• Help product managers define product requirements, prioritize features, and create product roadmaps.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to gather insights for product improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the product management team.

What matters in this role

Relevant work experience

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (in progress).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Well versed with programming languages like R, SQL and Python.
• Hands on experience with Tableau/ Superset/ Metabase/ Any visualization tools.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration across different teams.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for technology and product innovation.
• Prior experience in product management, market research, or data analysis is a plus.
• Gain hands-on experience in product analysis at a leading payment gateway company.
