Job Title:
Receiving Quality Inspector / Engineer
Qualification:
B.E / DME
Experience:
- 5 years
Reports to:
Quality Manager
Job Overview:
- Perform material inspection (incoming)
- Inspection of all incoming component parts as per check sheet and drawing
- Monitor and maintain inspection records
- Ensure action on rejected parts - rework / scrap
- Conduct supplier audits
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Communicate customer complaints to internal departments and ensure corrective and preventive action is implemented
- Prepare quality control documents
- Timely calibration of instruments and gauges
Requirements:
- Knowledge of quality documents - PDIR / Control Plan / PPAP / SOP
Skills:
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Capacity to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office
