Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle customer's calls (in-bound and outbound) and answer questions about the product.

Ask questions to understand student's requirements and close sales.

Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calls, networking and social media etc.

Leads Conversion.

Responsible for handling student inquiries, questions and complaints.

Gather feedback from students or prospects and share with internal teams.

Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.

Building and maintaining a CRM database.

Participation in sales team meetings.

Proven experience as a telesales executive or relevant role in an educational institute.

Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

Good knowledge of MS-office and hands on experience with CRM software is a plus.

Good understanding of marketing.

Fast learner and passion for sales.


Education Qualification:
Min

  • Graduation
Person should be a resident of New Delhi (Preferably West Delhi).


Salary:
₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Delhi, Central , Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
