Operations Executive - Bengaluru, India - Ezi Drive

Description

Travel company into the On-demand Driver hire and Cab hire space having a large customer and driver base operating in Bangalore and Chennai wants to recruit an operational professional whose role is to assist the team in vendor department to recruit new drivers and cabs for the company, ensure regular training sessions are given to driver and handle customer / driver escalations.

• Identify sources to recruit drivers and attachment vehicles to company
• Find root cause analysis for booking cancellations based on trend analysis
• Design and implement a periodic training session for drivers to improve customer satisfaction
• Regular followup on monthly payments due from drivers and vendor partners
• Take ownership of assigned targets and achieve them with the help of team members.

• Work exp. of 3 yrs in managing operations, vendor recruitment and customer handling.
• Ability to identify new sources for recruiting drivers & cabs
• Kannada, English language skills must. Sound knowledge of MS office & Excel.
