The role:
CRM & Sales Performance
What will you do?
As a CRM & Sales Performance Executive, you will:
- Understand and analyse KPIs, develop scorecards and report on results to the counselling team and other stakeholders.
- Work with database to segment audience, analyse audience behaviour, and improve the quality of the database
- Design, build and refine workflows that support digital & CRM campaigns and ongoing requests from the business
- Continuously refine marketing tactics based on metric analysis
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns run optimally
- Manage all aspects of outbound and inbound marketing campaigns, including copywriting, automation, setting deployment strategies, developing QA process, and tracking
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate featured assets and content
- Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
- Troubleshoot software or user errors that inhibit the efficiency of the interaction between people and technology
- Manage campaigns on a daily basis and tweak them to improve effectiveness
Requirement
- Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis
- Must have excellent communication and organisational skills and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment with minimum supervision
- Proven ability to organise multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously
- Attention to detail, to manage the integrity of the CRM data
- Solid campaign management experience and organisational skills including the ability to set and drive requirements across multiple functional areas
- Selfstarter, requiring mínimal supervision ability to "take a project and run with it" is key
- Handson Experience with LeadSquared or similar CRM system
- Must be able to work independently and be teamoriented, reliable and dependable
- Demonstrated ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion and diversity, integrity, customer focus, and respect.
