Job Title:
Site Supervisor
Job Overview:
As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to quality standards.
You will play a key role in managing work crews, enforcing site policies, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Supervision and Coordination:
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, including scheduling and assigning tasks to work crews and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Monitor work progress and productivity, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards on-site.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks to promote a safe working environment.
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and hazards, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Quality Assurance:
- Inspect workmanship and construction materials to verify compliance with project requirements.
- Address quality issues promptly and collaborate with the project team to resolve discrepancies.
Communication and Reporting:
- Communicate project goals, schedules, and requirements to work crews and subcontractors.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide progress updates and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, records of work performed, and incident reports.
Resource Management:
- Coordinate the delivery and use of materials, tools, and equipment onsite.
- Monitor inventory levels and requisition supplies as needed to support construction activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to address onsite challenges.
- Familiarity with construction software and tools for project management is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in construction management is advantageous.
Pay:
From ₹14,000.00 per month
