Broad IT experience of 5 to 7 years' experience in ServiceNow Testing.

  • Experience in testing various modules within ServiceNow (e. g. Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem, CMDB, Integrations) Keep Management updated of progress or report issues.
  • Testing experience on Service Catalog Integration Hub and Flow Designer and general integration.
  • Knowledge of workflows in various ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalogue, IT Asset Management, CMDB).
  • Knowledge of test automation using ATF.
  • Should be able to do Test Case Design, Test Planning and Test Strategies.
  • Knowledge on automation tools such as ATF, Selenium, QTP is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of REST API's.

Primary Skills:


  • ServiceNow Testing experience
  • ServiceNow Module experience (e. g. Change, Incident, Knowledge, Problem, CMDB, Integrations)
  • Testing tool experience ATF, Selenium, QTP

Secondary Skills:


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong ability to evaluate constraints, risks and dependencies.
  • Analytical mind and problemsolving aptitude.
  • Review the work done by team members as per ServiceNow best practice.
