TELESALES EXECUTIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To achieve monthly targets.
2. Should be responsible for cross selling & up-selling
3. Resolve all the customer queries.
4. Give a good assistance for the customer about health insurance & make sales.
5. Maintain accurate record of all calls made and received.
6. Should be able to liaise with the appropriate department to resolve customer complaints.
7. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
TELE SALES EXECUTIVE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum qualification 12th or any degree.
2. Fresher or Experienced working as Telesales executive.
3. Basic Excel knowledge & Math skills.
4. Strong Negotiation and consultative sales skills.
5. Effective communication & convincing skills.
LANGUAGES KNOWN:
Tamil ,English & Hindi ( excluding this any other languages will be a plus point )
OFFICE TIMINGS:
10:00AM -7:00PM
Salary:
₹12, ₹21,329.23 per month
