Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage the school's front desk, maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Maintain student records and other administrative documents accurately and confidentially.
- Coordinate school events, meetings, and conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and communication.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support the coordination of school activities and programs.
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Customeroriented attitude and the ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
