Responsibilities:


  • Ensure the quality of onmachine jobs and outward supplies meet the required standards
  • Perform inspections of finished goods and incoming raw materials using a range of measuring instruments
  • Provide solutions for critical job works/inspection
  • Set up and maintain the inspection setup/fixtures

Requirements:


  • A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control/assurance
  • Good understanding of drawings essentials and instruments
  • Experience in using micrometer, Vernier caliper, gauges, bore gauge, slip gauge, and dial gauge
  • Familiarity with VMM (Video Measuring Machine)
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to provide solutions for critical job works/inspection.
