Job Title:
Production Supervisor / Sr. Production Engineer

We are looking to hire an experienced manufacturing manager to lead shop floor production
activities for our Construction equipment business. He should have a fabrication manufacturing experience of min. 3-8 years (preferably in construction equipment business in India). His responsibilities include manpower planning and talking to contractors, enforcing quality standards in all processes, ensuring equipment maintenance as needed, productivity and cost monitoring and
control on shop floor and ensuring that all production orders are completed in a timely manner.

Educational Requriements:
B.E. / B.Tech. / DME in Mechanical Engineering / production engineering


Key Skills**:

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory in a senior position
• Sound knowledge of industryspecific factory equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Pay:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
