Food Engineer/food technologist

Job Role and Summary


Responsibilities:

Assist in the food manufacturing process including the planning of production and materials, packaging, and distribution

Inspect existing products and create a strategic plan for quality improvement

Calibration of equipment and standardization of products.

Conducts testing on food equipment and fix any issues that may affect equipment performance and product quality

Creating SOPs and protocol of equipment.

Equipments handling, physicochemical test, pilot setups, small batch trials.


Skills:

Must have a solid understanding of process engineering and food properties - Freeze Drying and Vacuum Frying

Experience of vacuum frying and freeze drying.

Must possess strong analytical and technical skills


Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in food engineering/food science/food technology

Must have at least a minimum of **years of working experience as a food engineer./technologist


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
