Salary Details:
Fixed Salary Rs. 20, ,000/- per month

Experience: 2-5years


Responsibilities:


  • Conceptualize and design unique jewellery pieces in line with market trends and brand aesthetics.
  • Create detailed sketches or digital renderings of jewellery designs for client approval.
  • Select appropriate materials, gemstones, and metals for each design, considering quality and cost.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure the accurate execution of designs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and materials in the jewellery design field.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and competitors' offerings.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for promoting new collections.
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to showcase designs and network with industry professionals.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and craftsmanship in the production process.
  • Maintain a portfolio of completed projects for reference and presentation purposes.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a jewellery designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative designs.
  • Proficiency in design software such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) for jewellery.
  • Indepth knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewellery manufacturing processes.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to bring artistic concepts to life.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Familiarity with market trends and a passion for staying updated on design innovations.
