As the incumbent, you will play a pivotal role in securing new accounts, facilitating the seamless exchange of information and documentation between customers and carriers, and ensuring effective communication with dispatchers and drivers to track load statuses.

Your responsibilities will also include negotiating contracts with carriers in a manner that optimizes profitability.
