Looking for a smart, dynamic, enthusiastic & customer-oriented telesales executive to utilize inbound & outbound calls to achieve sales targets, assist with customer inquiries, calling potential customers to persuade them to purchase company offeringsResponsibilities:
- 2. Handling inbound calls & making outbound calls, converting the leads into admissions
- 4. To make followup calls, feedback calls to old leads
- 5. To upload all the inquiries on the website with proper & adequate information, update & maintain participant database sheet
- 6. You will be responsible for closing the admission over the phone and maintaining good customer relations
- 7. Answering questions about the services/offerings
Experience/Requirements:
- Proven experience working as telesales executive
