Events Operations Administrator


As the leader in Public Safety Software, First Due enjoys the opportunity to meet with current and prospective customers at conferences, trade shows, and customer events throughout the calendar year.

First Due seeks an organized, data-driven project manager with experience supporting and delivering seamless customer
- and user-facing events supporting the rapid growth of the First Due brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage event project, data, deadline, task, and information management, ensuring all information about every event is accurately tracked, sorted, and available to Sales, Marketing, and Events teams
  • Develop sustainable and scalable event data processing and organization, using our CRM or other projectmanagement technology
  • Lead management of First Due conference assets, liaising with asset management company to coordinate asset shipping, maintenance, and replacements if needed for 100+ events per year.
  • Support the Events team in event planning as needed, including contract negotiation, event deliverables, event briefs, and logistics
  • Serve as a member of the planning and execution team for First Due events, including employee offsites and user summits
  • Oversee Events inbox and route requests to appropriate owners
  • Support travel booking as requested
  • Manage administrative and additional marketing and events tasks as needed
  • At least 23 years of corporate marketing or event management experience, ideally in the technology or SaaS space
  • Outstanding project management skills, ideally with at least a year of experience using a CRM or eventmanagement software to execute a high volume of events
  • Strong organization and management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator; comfortable communicating with vendors and employees alike, including Csuite stakeholders
  • Cool under pressure, ability to make decisions quickly and to manage multiple competing projects and priorities
  • Selfdriven and motivated; able to work independently as well as part of a team; remote work experience preferred
  • Strong experience with Microsoft office suite
  • Available for travel to events (12 events annually)
  • College degree, ideally in events, administration or related field
  • Passion for advancing the First Due brand and changing the face of public safety
