Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Process Associate located on-site in Greater Kolkata Area. As a Process Associate, you will be responsible for daily tasks related to business process outsourcing (BPO), analytical skills, finance, customer service, and communication.


Qualifications

  • Must possess effective time management and organizational skills. Stellar customer service skills and the ability to deescalate customer frustration. Superior problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently and objectively. Dedication to the customer experience with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Team oriented and selfmotivated.

₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
