Responsibilities:

Create and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products and services.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, and utilize this information to guide marketing efforts.
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.
Work closely with the sales team to support their efforts and ensure that marketing materials are aligned with sales goals.
Manage social media accounts and create content for online marketing campaigns.
Assist in planning and executing events and trade shows.
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and report on key metrics.
Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in marketing.

Requirements:

12 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering.
MBA in Marketing or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform decisionmaking.
Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and an eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing automation and CRM software is a plus.
