An account executive has to perform various tasks on daily basis to ensure customer satisfaction and make more sales.

Here are some of the duties and responsibilities of an account executive:


  • Creating detailed business plans and sales strategies to achieve sales objectives
  • Analyzing sales and market data to set sales targets
  • Networking and prospecting for potential customers and clients
  • Leading and managing a team of sales representatives
  • Building relationships with customers and clients
  • Developing solutions for customer issues
