We are hiring for the position of
Warehouse Executive for a leading E-commerce brand.

Minimum
2 years experience mandatory.

Experience in
inbound logistics, outbound logistics, reverse logistics is mandatory.

Location:
Kolkata, West Bengal

Your main responsibilities will include:

Relevant experience in Inbound, Outbound and Reverse shipment management.
Crossfunctional relationship building skills

Develop & Optimize Processes:
Scale return processes to allow the business to efficiently operate.

Manage the endtoend performance of reverse logistics operation
Develops reporting metrics and presents data with a clear point of view so that insights can be used to help drive recovery and reverse logistics business strategy
High level support for customer service escalation
Identify data discrepancies and drive corrective actions with Systems & vendors
Good communication skills and people management capability
Perform large scale data analysis and modeling to identify trends and efficiency opportunities
Willingness to support other team members, in addition to normal responsibilities
Detailoriented and strong problemsolving skill

Salary:
₹500, ₹650,000.00 per year
