    Description
    We are looking for a Python Web Developerresponsible for managing the interchange of data between the serverand the users. Your primary focus will be the development of allserverside logic ensuring high performance and responsiveness torequests from the frontend.You will also beresponsible for integrating the frontend elements built by yourcoworkers into the application; therefore a basic understanding offrontend technologies is necessary aswell.ResponsibilitiesWriteclean maintainable code following best practices (unit testingsource control continuous integration automation design patternsetc.)Debug code and troubleshootproblemsCollaborate with other developerstesters and system engineers to ensure quality productenhancementsTake full responsibility for thequality of code and test cases that aredeveloped
    • Responsibilities:TrainingProgram Engagement: Actively participate in a 6monthcomprehensive trainingprogram.
    • Python Exploration:Dive into advanced Python concepts and practicalapplications.
    • Odoo FrameworkMastery: Learn the core technical and functionalaspects of Odoo including development customization integration andmigration.
    • Autonomous Work:Independently handle small distributed customizationand developmentspecificprojects.
    • Knowledge Acquisition:Gain functional knowledge of various Odoo modulesand become an Odooexpert.
    • Reporting:Regularly report training activities to the internalsystem and mentor.
    • Model Trainingand Evaluation: Participate in training machinelearning models tuning hyperparameters and evaluating modelperformance using appropriate metrics andtechniques.
    • Research andInnovation: Stay updated with the latestadvancements in AI/ML particularly in areas related to LLMs andgenerative AI and contribute ideas for improving existing models ordeveloping new approaches.
    • OpenAIChatGPT Integration: Explore and utilize OpenAIChatGPT API and finetuning methods to enhance conversational AIcapabilities within ourprojects.
    • Documentation andReporting: Document the development processexperimental results and findings to facilitate knowledge sharingand futurereference.
    • Collaboration:Work closely with crossfunctional teams includingdata scientists software engineers and product managers tointegrate AI/ML solutions into our products andservices
