Key Objective of the Job:
Asset Management Function for moveable and immoveable assets

Major Deliverables - Systems - Manage the below mentioned activities/systems: - Manage online/offline auction of repossessed assets. - Stock Management of the repossessed assets - Liquidation of assets and take the - Identification of best vendors of industry for auction, valuation and sale of asset - Should be responsible to manage end to end process, starting from auction to sale of asset leading to better realization and optimize losses - Mortgage assets Process Management and disposal under SARFAESI Act - Should ensure increased disposal TAT, Productivity and Better realization - Coordination with collections team wrt flagging of contracts as Repo/Sold/Termination - Manage concurrent audit and IAD audit wrt to asset & agency management - Empanelment of auction service provider towards wheels & Mortgage online/E- Auction

Educational Qualification:
Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
