What will your work responsibilities look like if you join Nymble?

  • Gain knowledge and experience of Talent Acquisition's recruiting process
  • Learn how to screen resumes for various open positions
  • Support Manager with various administrative tasks, as needed (conference room booking, scheduling, recruitment event research, database management)
  • Help plan and organise HR related events
  • Assist with special TA projects
  • Provide administrative support to Sr
  • Administrative duties including answering phones, job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires
  • Provide onground support during different Talent Acquisition and company events, video shooting, annual dinner, company sports day and employer brand party
Position Requirements


  • Prior HR internship experience or hiring experience is preferable, but not mandatory
  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Loves talking to people about their aspirations and pitching to them
  • Ability to document and present information creatively
  • Meticulous attention to detail
