Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:
Collaborate with project managers to develop production schedules and timelines.
Ensure all resources (materials, equipment, personnel) are available and allocated efficiently.
Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
Communication and Coordination:
Serve as a liaison between different departments involved in the production process, such as design, engineering, procurement, and logistics.
Communicate project updates, changes, and requirements to relevant stakeholders.
Coordinate meetings, reviews, and other projectrelated activities.
Budget Management:
Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.
Track expenses and monitor spending against budget allocations.
Identify costsaving opportunities and efficiencies.
Quality Assurance:
Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet specified standards.
Conduct inspections and audits throughout the production process.
Address any quality issues or concerns promptly.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
Take proactive measures to prevent accidents or incidents.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including schedules, expenses, and quality metrics.
Generate reports and analysis to track performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular updates to management on project status and performance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, engineering, production management) or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in production coordination or a related role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
