We're expanding our team and seeking individuals with 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly with Contract-to-Hire (C2H) experience.


  • Position: IT Recruiter
  • Experience: 13 Years

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
  • Manage the E2E recruitment, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals through various channel

Requirements:


  • 13 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter.
  • Contract hiring ( C2H) is mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
