Mavron, a leading compostable packaging startup, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Retail Sales Executive to join our team on a contract basis.
As a Retail Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to convert retail sales leads into clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company at the forefront of sustainable packaging solutions.
Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion:
Actively engage with retail sales leads and convert them into loyal clients through effective communication and persuasive selling techniques.
Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of Mavron's compostable packaging products and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and advantages to clients.
Sales Strategy:
Devise and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for growth.
Client Engagement:
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of Mavron's compostable packaging solutions, tailoring presentations to suit clients' specific needs.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients, ensuring a win-win outcome and closing deals in a timely manner.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and customer information in the CRM system.
Market Research:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions, providing valuable insights to the team for strategic decision-making.
Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company objectives, sharing feedback and suggestions for product improvements and market positioning.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 0-1 year relevant experience in retail sales, preferably in the packaging or sustainability industry.
Sales Skills:
Demonstrated ability to convert leads into clients and meet or exceed sales targets. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills are essential.
Product Knowledge:
Familiarity with compostable packaging products or sustainability-related solutions is highly desirable. Willingness to learn and develop a deep understanding of Mavron's product offerings.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with clients.
Self-Motivated:
Proactive and self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively to achieve sales goals.
Customer-Oriented:
Strong customer service mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, embracing change and demonstrating flexibility when faced with new challenges.

Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
